A little 'bout me
I have focused the last 10 years creating a solid foundation in design, photography and marketing. I have always been drawn to the branding aspects of business and constantly questioning "what makes a strong brand?"
A strong brand needs 5 things:
Confidence // Connection // Consistency // Care // Credibility
- The confidence to know who they are and not be afraid to put it out into the world
- To take the time to connect with their customers and industry
- To create a consistent experience for anyone engaging with their business
- Strong brands care. Above everything they genuinely care about their customers, employees and partners. Period.
- Strong brands focus on the elements that will help increase their credibility and remove those that try to tarnish it.

- I’ve worked for marketing agencies on both the design and client service sides of the business.
- I've taught visual communication to college students.
- I have 3 honours diplomas - Graphic Design, Photography and Business Marketing.
- I’ve worked freelance part-time since 2006 in different areas of design, photography and marketing. (Hooray for taking it full-time in 2016!)
- In the summer you'll find me with a glass of red by a roaring campfire; in the winter I'm avoiding the cold as much as possible but do love a day of downhill skiing.
